So I can't really see how his body shapes that way, but goals are goals, and who doesn't love seeing them?
Beats working.

The MLS review is coming - this should keep you entertained
Just watch, then tell me the MLS has no quality.
It's not perfect, but what league it? If there was just some more consistency, as who doesn't want to see goals like this every week?

Why waste it in training?
Thanks to the Chicago connection for this.
Nice to bag one of these in training, but save it for the big time - or just dream about it while you sit on the bench.
Not a bad start to a Monday.

Dutch legends coach sides to 3-3 draw
Friday night excuses
Heerenveen and Ajax drew 3-3 on Friday night - a fantastic game with two Dutch legends masterminding their teams. Marco van Basten and Frank de Boer were great players and look like being very successful managers. It gives me a excuse to post possibly the best goal of all-time to the site (it's all opinions, but it's in my top 5). It also gives me the chance to let you know about players like Alfred Finnbogason, Luciano Slagveer and Magnus Wolff Eikrem - not only do they seem like good players, but they have fantastic names!
But anyway, here's that volley I dream about...

Still one of the best goals I've ever seen
Who doesn't love Paolo Di Canio?
Ok, there we don't have enough space to answer that question
He's a strange, passionate, Italian nutcase, but there is no doubting his talent. The technique on this volley is unbelievable. People may remember him for pushing the referee over, his fascist salutes, his crazy sulking, slapping his own player, sliding on his knees in an expensive suit etc.
Ignore all that. Watch this and remember what a great talent he was.

Big time in the back garden
We all think we're Messi, Maradona or Gervinho when we're in the back garden (ok, no one really thinks they can be Messi!)
Thanks to Lewis 'Broski' Bradshaw for this. Have to question whether he should be allowed to be a parent though, as he was laughing about this far too much.
(Updated with slow-mo at the end!!)
